These instruments are completely handcrafted by our skilled staff in Kansas City, MO. Featuring a hand-hammered, one-piece bell, our custom horns set the standard for resonance, the complexity of tonal colors, and responsiveness. Our Custom Classic Models are offered with an incredibly wide range of options. From the many alloy choices available for bells, tuning slides, handslide tubes, and handslide crook materials, to a variety of weights and gauges, to bore sizes, tapers, and bend options. Everything is 100% hand-made, giving us the ability to design each horn with the customer's individual, and specific needs in mind. With trained ears and many years of experience, we are able to “prescribe” a set-up should you need help choosing the right formula.
